"The dealership and its staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a car dealership atmosphere. My sales representative Justin Flack was kind and courteous and went out of his way to ensure I was happy with my purchase and experience. The sales manager Felix, is a man of intergity and honor. This dealership showed compasion and the willingness to be humans and treat others as such, and not treat me like I was just another deal. "I have nothing but great things to say about North Tampa Chrysler. I brought my Jeep there several times for repairs. Angie and John in the Service department were always very helpful and the technicians did excellent work. As a result, I recently traded in my Jeep for a new car and became aquainted with the Sales department. Buying a new car is a stressful event for me and the staff at North Tampa were amazing. Awesome is the best way to describe Jay in sales and Shane in finance They answered EVERY question I had and provided excellent customer service.
