What are is the Difference Between Ram 1500 Crew Cab & Quad Cab?
Basically, the RAM 1500 crew cab has more seating room and space while having a smaller cargo bed than the RAM 1500 Quad Cab. Using a RAM 1500 ST 4×2 as an example, they both have the same number of seating (6) and doors (4) but the leg room for rear seatings is significantly smaller from 39.4 inches on the Crew Cab to 34.7 inches on the Quad Cab. It may not sound as much of a difference but passengers can feel the difference. On the other hand, while the exterior cargo width for both options are the same (51 inches), the length is different. The Crew Cab has 67.4 inches for cargo length while the Quad Cab has 76.3. Therefore, it all depends on your needs. If you need more cargo space then it would be better the Quad Cab, but if that is not as important, it would be better the Crew Cab.
How long will My Ram 1500 last?
The RAM 1500 was made to last! That is why it comes with a Diesel Powertrain Limited warranty, Roadside Assistance, and Rust-Through Limited Warranty the first 100,000 miles for up to 5 years which warranties that until then, you will not have to worry about anything but drive. Meanwhile, if the car is well taken care of with all its services and maintenance done on time, it will for sure last even longer which would mean to no worry about replacing the RAM 1500 for many years.
